The Goethe-Institut Budapest has organised an interactive science show for children aged 8-13 and their parents called KINDERUNI - Little Scientists Big Day on 20 May 2022. The staff of SZTAKI gave a presentation on robots.

Tamás Cserteg, researcher at SZTAKI, gave an interactive presentation on the current state of robotics, including the capabilities of self-driving cars and robots used in manufacturing. Peter Smejkál from Communications spoke to the children about the place of robots in art and culture.

In autumn 2021, SZTAKI hosted the German artist Ottonie von Roeder, who was brought to Hungary by the Goethe Institute to work with Hungarian researchers on an art project on artificial intelligence.
